Dave – we returned late on Saturday night from a very magical week. Thank you for all your advice, help, and assistance, to make our first family trip to Disney a very magical one (and one I will never soon forget). Everything was perfect, no issues, problems or concerns. Every reservation was perfect (my daughter was almost in tears she was so excited to see Cinderella and eat in the castle — an experience that was worth every penny). The hotel was great and very spacious for the 4 of us, plus a double stroller (that we never had to collapse) and a pack and play.

All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. We had such a FABULOUS time. It was short but we were able to cram so much in three days. It was three full days but my granddaughters, daughter, son-in-law, husband and myself enjoyed every single day. You were so very helpful with all of the reservations from the stay to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique as well as the restaurants you guided us to. We loved the fact that (unfortunately) when we had to check out – it was all done at Old Key West. We did nothing at the airport. I have already given your name to several people who want to go to Disney. Thank you again for your expertise. It was so helpful to all of us who were first timers.

Dave, Wanted to thank you again for all of your time and help with the Walt Disney World Vacation. I listened to other families that talked about the extreme hassle of putting thru reservations (some waiting 3 hours to book 1 reservation). Your recommendations and your excel spreadsheet were lifesavers. The spreadsheet gave us parameters of where to be and how not to go crazy. This was extremely important to us as an entire week can be exhausting. Thanks for the Disney Dollars. We applied your Disney Dollars to the Photopass CD. Definitely recommend people getting it there as they give you 3 5×7’s pictures in addition. Combining Disney Photopass and ours I think we took close to 1000 pictures. Not sure how it happened. The food was great as well as the character dining meals. It took us a bit to figure out how to properly use the snack meal (i.e. buy candy, large sundaes, waffle cone ice cream, etc). Again — food was great and we even lost weight (not sure as we ate a lot). Blue Zoo and Coral Reef were our favorites. Boys’ favorite was Chef Mickey for breakfast. Also, you were right about not needing a car. Transportation by Disney was fine. In fact — we tried to change it up by taking a bus to Disney Studios followed by a boat to get to Boardwalk for the Cape May Café dinner. The boat ride was nice and the kids loved it. Appreciate your assistance in making the reservations and additionally canceling the ones that we didn’t need. The trip was a success and you were extremely helpful the whole way through. The boys can’t stop talking about the trip — so I think we did good. Seem to be rambling, but wanted to let you know that I have and will continue to recommend you.

Hi Dave, There aren’t enough words out there that can express the Thank You we have for all you did in making our trip so awesome. We had a grand time and are very sad to be back, but look forward to doing it again in the future.

Overall it was just a great experience that I am sad to see is now over. When we return, and we will, we will certainly reach out to you again. I also wanted to let you know that anyone who asks about Disney and planning a vacation I will for sure recommend you and your services as you made it so easy, so unstressful and just a great experience. Hi Dave – We arrived home Monday from our wonderful and memorable Disney trip! Every time we got seated at a prime spot table, I thought “I bet Dave arranged this” . Everything went just fine. The Polynesian was great – everyone was so nice and accommodating. It was very good to be on the monorail – so convenient. The kids loved the pool when they got tired mid-day. All the special events were wonderful – loved Chef Mickey’s and breakfast with Winnie. Lou and I thought the California Grill was great – our waiter was extremely nice – chatty and joked and never rushed us at all. We used up the gift card shopping here and there. We also used Fast Pass – great concept. So thank you for all your guidance and advice. Hope you and the family are well and enjoying the spring.

Dave: This an overdue note, but I wanted to thank you for everything you did to plan our trip. Everything exceeded our expectations and I am certain that I couldn’t have planned it any better myself. Everything went flawlessly and we had great weather. The girls loved everything and kept up with us despite their lack of naps. We managed to get everything we wanted in. The highlight really was the dessert party. We had a perfect view of the castle and it was a nice way to end the week. In talking to others throughout the week we realized how exclusive it was, so your extra effort to get us the reservations was very much appreciated. The girls are already asking to go back so I am sure we will be in touch again. We are also telling all our friends how easy you were to work with and how you made the trip stress free.

Hi Dave, Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all you did to make our Disney Vacation such a memorable experience. We had a wonderful time and everything just went perfectly and on schedule. We did not have to worry about anything because you took care of it all. Dave, I’m just back to work after our Disney vacation and wanted to thank you for all your help. We had an AMAZING time! You had recommended the Wilderness Lodge and we loved it. It was the perfect fit for our family. The kids also had a blast meeting the characters and filling up the autograph books you provided. Thanks again for all your help; we are hooked on Disney now. We’ve already started our countdown for Disney 2014!!

Hi Dave, Janice and myself have recently returned from the Disney World vacation that you set up for us. We had a great time. This was largely due to all the information and schedules which you prepared for us. As I mentioned to you before, this has not been our first visit to Disney World, but it has been the best one. I would also like to thank you for the Disney dollars and the other perks that you obtained for us. We hope to do business with you in the future and will certainly recommend you to all our friends.

Hi Dave. Finally got a chance to send you this e-mail after getting back from Disney. We had the greatest time. The reservations were spot on and of course, we have to thank you so much for getting the first reservations at Be Our Guest restaurant. It was the most beautiful place I’ve ever been to. We all felt like princesses (and princes, too!) there. When we walked into the restaurant all the employees were at the door and as we walked in they all applauded and cheered. It was so special. We got to see just about everything we wanted. The weather was a little cool at night. The kids went from morning to night and they were so good. It truly was a magical time for all of us. Thank you so much. I have given your name to several people since I’ve been back. Have a wonderful holiday and a happy healthy new year.

Hi Dave, First, thank you so much for all of your help. You were really great! We also appreciate the generous $150 credit…went towards our first pina colada and beer upon boarding! The trip was fantastic. Ship was beautiful, activities were plenty, rooms were a lot larger than we had thought…all perfect. We didn’t feel the ship move at all which was great. No negative feedback at all…everything went off as planned. The Thursday and Friday after the cruise were a bit rushed as we tried to get in 3 parks…so more running around than we planned. But kids loved it and it was nice to not have to go home right after leaving the ship. If you ever need a recommendation, please add me to your list. I would love to praise your efforts to other clients. Enjoy the rest of the summer and we will definitely work with you on our next Disney Cruise (maybe year after next).

Hi Dave, I just want to say thanks for making our Disney vacation 2 weeks ago such a great and organized trip… Disney is a lot of work and can be draining for both adults and kids but I have to say thanks to you ours wasn’t one bit, everything went smooth the dinners lunches and breakfast were all so well planned and worked out every day, every reservation was perfect. My kids loved every minute of our trip and can’t wait to go back, even the big one lol thanks again and will recommend you to anyone who I here mention they are planning a trip to Disney. Hi Dave, The trip was truly magical! Everything worked just as planned and we all had a terrific experience. Art of Animation, and the Cars Family Suite in particular, were excellent. Perfect for four people – two of them young boys. The restaurants might have been the most magical part of the experience for the simple fact that a chef met with our son at each meal to review his options – which were many. He tried new things, enjoyed nearly all of them, and never got sick from cross-contamination. We almost never eat out because of the challenges so this was a really special treat. From the moment we checked our bags and knew they would meet us at the resort, we felt unburdened and ready for fun. The magical express and transportation have clearly been honed to work like clockwork – no problems there. The Magic Bands and app were fantastic! Really very handy to use the bands for everything – in spite of their providing us the cards and warning that not every place would definitely be up and running, we never had to use the cards. Additionally, our fears about the revised handicapped access proved unfounded. Literally, everything in Disney was magical. They are the best. It’s hard not to drink the Koolaid…in fact, I’m now dying to do the Disney Wine & Dine 1/2 Marathon. So cool! Actually, I really want to go down for a Star Wars weekend in the worst way! We have many great memories and look forward to doing this again in a few years. I’ve really not been able to rave about this trip enough to everyone who asked – many of whom also deal with food allergies and/or a child with special needs. I’ve shared your contact information with a few people as well. We cannot thank you enough for making this all work so well. Thanks again, Dave!

Dave, I just wanted to send a BIG thank you for helping to make our Disney trip so magical! Our rooms at the Wilderness Lodge were awesome- and ready when we checked in! The location was terrific – we even got a corner villa! We all loved the resort and the magic bands and fast passes worked great. Dining options were good as well. Thanks again! Hi Dave, We had a fantastic time! It really was so wonderful. We loved the Wilderness Lodge. The property is themed so beautifully and the staff was so helpful. We even rented a boat and took a spin around the lake. The bunk beds were good for my boys (ages 8 and 10). We literally had no issues with the transportation either to and from the airport or to and from the parks. The meal plan worked great for us. We had opted to pay for the two dinner shows (Hoop De Doo Review and the Luau at the Polynesian) rather than use 2 meal credits each and had no problem doing so at the venues. All of our meals that we had reservations for took us right on time with no waiting. We want to thank you for all of your help. It would have been daunting for me as a first timer to navigate the process without your input. We really did have a perfect trip! Thanks again!

Hey Dave… Sorry it took so long to respond… I planned on writing you an email when we got back from Disney but things just got crazy with Christmas and I keep saying I’m going to respond when I get onto the computer and just never happened… Thank you so much for all your help planning our trip!!! We had an amazing time!!! Couldn’t think of anything we would have done differently… Loved the resort, loved the dining plan, fast passes were great, the memory maker was totally worth every penny, magic bands are awesome, transportation was good… Loved the water taxi to downtown Disney… We drove to the parks a few times because we had our truck with us and sometimes it was just a really long wait for the buses… Overall, the trip was absolutely amazing and we cannot wait to go back!!! We purchased a new Honda Odyssey touring elite when we got back, planning ahead for our next drive to Disney… As soon as we can go back I will def be in touch with you… And I will continue to recommend you to anyone I know planning a trip… Thank you for all your help with planning.

Hi Dave, Just a quick note to thank you for helping to plan our trip to WDW. We got back on Thursday and had a blast! LOVED the Grand Floridian—and the Conch Key building was really fantastic.
