“Leave the kids at home”
I know it might sound crazy but yes, leave the kids at home and take an adult-only trip to Walt Disney World.
My husband and I have always enjoyed going to Disney for vacation and that didn’t stop when we had our little girl but trips with a toddler are much different! We love traveling as a family but we also really enjoy a long weekend trip to Disney with just us two or meeting up with friends.
When you go on an adult-only Walt Disney World vacation, you’ll find it is so much easier to relax while also enjoying the magic.
Here are a few tips for your next adult trip:
-Choose to stay at one of the more adult-friendly resorts like Disney’s Riviera Resort or the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. These hotels have some great dining options as well as a selection of bars and lounges.
-Enjoy a nice table service meal without needing to worry if the restaurant serves chicken tenders and fries.
-Just because the kids are at home doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy a nap break during the day! I highly suggest naps by the pool.
-Plan your visit during one of EPCOT’s festivals and be able to take your time in each country while trying new food and drink offerings.
-Adding the park hopper to your ticket is a must-do! We really enjoy early mornings in the park, taking a break in the afternoon and then heading to a second park that evening for rides and dinner. We have even visited three parks in one day!
There is so much to do at Disney, I could go on and on! If you’re looking to plan an adult trip, reach out to us at Magical Travel and we’ll help you plan the perfect getaway.
