Traci Johnsen
One of Traci’s earliest memories is a trip to
Disneyland at age 5 where she asks her mom what she
is going to wear to meet Mickey Mouse! The memories
continued with a magical honeymoon 10 years ago to
Walt Disney World. The rest is history so to
speak. Traci has traveled to Walt Disney World 8
times over the past 10 years. She has stayed a
variety of resorts including the Wilderness Lodge,
Pop Century, Fort Wilderness Cabins, and Port
Orleans French Quarter. She has also visited
Disneyland and sailed on the Disney Wonder. She
still dreams of the chocolate soufflé at Palo’s
onboard the ship! Over the past five years, she has
shared the magic with her two small children. Traci
enjoys helping families make magical memories by
planning their Disney vacation as if it is was her
own.
Traci is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, a
graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge, Royal
Caribbean’s University of
WOW and holds a Bachelor’s
of Science Degree in Business/ Communications from
Grove City College. Other travels include many
cruises to the Caribbean. She lives in Pennsylvania
with her husband and two young children.

Tim and Jenny Sayler
A magical honeymoon trip started a Walt Disney World
obsession for Tim and Jenny Sayler. Five years later,
they have made 12 trips to WDW and have stayed in 9
different resorts on property. Their daughter Abby had
already made her fifth Disney trip in two years! The Saylers have visited during nearly every
major seasonal event--spring break, Star Wars Weekends,
Flower and Garden Festival, Food and Wine
Festival, Little Ones Travel Time, Mickey's Not So Scary
Halloween Party, Thanksgiving, and Mickey's Very Merry
Christmas Party.
Tim and Jenny are Authorized Disney Vacations Planners
and both are graduates of the Disney College of
Knowledge. They pride themselves in putting together
personalized park and dining itineraries to help their
clients get the most magic from their trips. Every trip

Michele Galbraith
Michele
taught science and math at the secondary level before
deciding to stay home with her children. When her
children were young, the family visited Disney World and
Michele was hooked! She has visited many times
since. Her friends urged her to become a Disney
Vacation Planner after she helped them plan great
vacations. Michele can’t wait until the next Disney
trip and feels that her client's trip is just as
important as her own. “I grew up in a family that was
self-employed and was taught that customer service is
everything. I want to give that same great customer
service right from the beginning of the planning through
to the Disney Magic!”

Kirsten Cuillard
Kirsten has been a fan of
Disney since her collage days at The University of
Florida. She worked for the Disney Company at The Disney
Store and as a front desk agent at the Caribbean Beach
Resort. Kirsten has visited Walt Disney World countless
times, Disneyland three times and sailed on the Disney
Wonder. She has personally visited every Disney resort
and can help you choose the perfect resort for your
magical vacation. Kirsten is an Authorized Disney
Vacation Planner, a graduate of the Disney College of
Knowledge and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public
Relations from the University of Florida. She lives in
New Jersey with her husband and three children.

Maureen McCloskey
It has always
been a dream of Maureen’s to be a vacation planner. Her
first trip to Disney World was approximately 17 years
ago and she has enjoyed planning their trips ever
since. She has stayed at the Polynesian Resort and the
Boardwalk Villas. She has also planned girl’s weekends
in Disney World which have become a tradition every
year. Some of the other trips Maureen has been on are
Ireland and the Disney Magic. Maureen enjoys helping
other people plan their trips so they can get the
maximum enjoyment and have memories that will last them
a lifetime.
Maureen’s aim is to show the Disney we know and love as
she plans trips for people. She has followed this rule
in all her dealings with travelers and she is rewarded
by their enthusiasm and praise when they return from a
trip she planned. From her first contact with
prospective clients to the end of their vacation,
Maureen strives to make every arrangement for them as if
it was her own vacation she was planning. She makes a
point of listening to what her clients request and does
her best to make it happen. She realizes that this is
your vacation and she offers advice and planning but in
the end she knows your vacation is your dream to be
filled with Magical Disney memories.

Siobhan Atwood
When Siobhan was looking for a vacation destination
after her husband’s deployment with the military,
she couldn’t think of a better place than Walt
Disney World! Since then she and her family travel
to Walt Disney World several times a year! Siobhan
has stayed at many Resorts on Disney property as
well as the Shades of Green Resort. She has
experienced events such as the Food and Wine
Festival, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and
Mickey’s Pirate and Princess Party! Recently, she
was able to experience a Grand Gathering at Walt
Disney World with 15 members of her family!
Siobhan is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner and
a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge as
well as Northern Essex Community College. She
lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two
young children. Whether it is a vacation, Grand
Gathering, or military R&R, Siobhan will plan your
next Disney vacation as if it was her own!

Robin Gantek
As a child, Robin was
lucky enough to visit Walt Disney World and Disneyland
more than a few times. As an adult, she lived in Tampa
for 11 years and had the opportunity to visit WDW often
as well. However, her love for Disney grew even more
special when Robin and her husband took their first born
child to Disney when he was only 1 1/2 years old. There
was nothing more special than seeing Disney through the
eyes of her child and she was impossibly hooked! Since
her son's 1st visit in 1999, her family has grown with
the addition of two daughters, and their love for Disney
has grown as well--they have returned to WDW 15 times
since and have even been on a Disney Cruise! So far,
she has stayed at 10 of the onsite resorts, experienced
many of the extra activities outside of the parks,
attended several of the special event parties, visited
during the holidays, peak season and off, and has even
experienced much of what Orlando and Tampa have to
offer. Over the years Robin has enjoyed sharing her
experiences and expertise with family, friends, and
travel message boards, and she is happy to finally be
living the dream of spreading the magic professionally,
as a Disney Destination Planner with Magical Travel.
Robin is a graduate of Concorde Career Institute in
Tampa, Florida and was a Dental Assistant for years
before leaving to start a family and be a
Stay-at-Home-Mom. Now that her kids are all in school,
she has re-entered the work force and just became a
recent graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge.

Shannon Matteo
Shannon is a Disney lover
traveling to Walt Disney World over 25 times,
Disneyland 4 times and cruising on the Disney
Wonder
5 times. She has stayed at 8 different Disney
Resorts. Usually traveling in August and
December, Shannon has experienced the Pirate and
Princess Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas
Party. She even had a Cinderella themed Wedding
in 1994.
Shannon is an Authorized
Vacation planner and a graduate of the Disney
College of Knowledge. Shannon enjoys planning
personalized, stress-free vacations for her
clients. She lives in South Jersey with her
husband and two children. With a wedding
photographer as a husband, Shannon specializes
in Disney fairytale Honeymoons.

Julie
Shepherd
Ever since her first trip
to Walt Disney World in 1982, Julie knew
she just had to go back again. And so she
did. Since, she has taken 25 trips to the Walt
Disney World Resort. Julie has stayed at many
Disney resorts and has gone on several of the
Disney tours. She has also attended Walt Disney
World during Star Wars Weekends, Epcot Flower
and Garden Festival, Mickey's Very Merry
Christmas Party, and The Candlelight
Processional.
As the sign right outside
of Magic Kingdom says, "Here you leave Today and
enter the World of Yesterday, Tomorrow and
Fantasy". "This is what I wish for others who
come to Walt Disney World. To leave the cares of
today for awhile, and experience a little
fantasy in their lives. That's why I get as
excited with my friends and family when they go
to Walt Disney World. I want them to feel the
joy that only a Disney vacation brings."
Julie has been planning
weddings for the last 12 years, and has also
worked as a floral designer. But her passion for
Disney has been building and she knew it was
time to "Live Her Dream". So taking a leap of
faith, she became a recent graduate of The
College of Disney Knowledge. She lives in
Danville, Illinois with her husband, teenage son
and grown daughter. Julie has helped friends and
family plan their Disney vacations and
itineraries through the years and would give
just as much detail and passion to your Disney
vacation or honeymoon.

Dave Weichert
"Disney Dave"
Weichert re-kindled his love for Disney during eight
Disney Trips over seven years of being a
stay-at-home dad to his two boys. He has
stayed at seven different resorts. Now that both
boys are in school full-time (what a long
strange trip that's been), Dave spends his
time helping others plan memorable Disney vacations
(while continuing to plot the next family Disney
get-away). He especially enjoys helping families
plan delicious dining experiences throughout the
World Showcase in Epcot.
Dave and his wife
have segwayed through the World Showcase during
one memorable trip without the kids. Dave is a
graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and has
a B.S. in Business Administration from California
University of Pennsylvania.
n addition to
helping others plan wonderful Disney vacations, Dave
is active in the local Jaycees, Chamber of
Commerce, P.A.L sports, local swim club, Cub Scouts,
and church. He is an avid skier and spends
summer weekends at Long Beach Island, fluke fishing
in Barnegat Bay. He lives in Cranford, NJ with
his lovely wife and two boys.

Lauren Kraus
Lauren's first trip to Walt Disney World was not
until she was 16 years old, and she has been
hooked on all things Disney since then. She has
been to Walt Disney World over 35 times,
Disneyland 10 times and sailed on the Disney
Cruise Line 7 times. She has stayed at almost
every Disney resort property (missed only 3),
and has sailed on both the Disney Magic and
Wonder. She has visited Walt Disney World during
every month of the year, and has attended many
of the seasonal events to include the Flower
and Garden Festival, Food and Wine Festival,
Little Ones Travel Time, Mickey's Not So Scary
Halloween Party, and Mickey's Very Merry
Christmas Party. She attended Disneyana
Conventions at Walt Disney World, and has
been a cast member with the Disney Store for the
past 16 years.
Lauren is a College of Disney Knowledge
Graduate. She
lives in New Jersey in Monmouth County with her
husband and her 4 year old daughter, who already
has the Disney fever and believes herself to be
a Disney princess. Over time, Lauren has
enjoyed helping friends and family plan their
trips to Disney , and now she looks forward
to planning your Disney dream vacation. From

Francine Cochrane
Francine's passion for Disney began when she was
three years old on her very first trip to the
Magic Kingdom. Everyone immediately fell in
love with the Magic Kingdom, and it was decided
on the spot that they had to check into the
Contemporary Resort. That vacation began a
family tradition of heading from Toronto to
Orlando at least once a year to enjoy Walt
Disney World as it expanded in to the magical
place it is today.
Francine's fascination has only grown over the
years and and now the family's Vacation Club
Membership makes it possible for her to take
multiple trips each year as an adult to discover
new facts, resorts and pixie dust with each
trip, enjoying everything the Magic Kingdom and
all the other parks has to offer in every
season. Her Disney experience isn't limited to
just Walt Disney World as Francine has visited
Disneyland and also sailed more than once on the
Disney Magic. However her true passion
remains Walt Disney World, and she always finds
herself drawn back to where she feels most at
home. Her friends and co-workers find her
enthusiasm so infectious that they often ask why
she wasn't planning trips professionally as she
has always shared her knowledge, experience and
secrets with anyone that would listen.
Francine's long-time dream of working in a
'Disney related' capacity came true when she
graduated from The Disney College of Knowledge
and joined the Magical Travel team as their
first Canadian agent.

Angela Kroon
Angela is a busy
Mom of 2 girls with a true love of all things Disney.
She and her family travel often to Walt Disney World,
but Angela was bitten by the Disney bug at an early age
with her first visit in 1974. Since then, she has
planned many family reunion trips, the largest being
with a group of 22 family members from 3 states! She has
a total of 25+ trips to Walt Disney World, and has
sailed on the Disney Cruise Line. She is also a graduate
of the Disney College of Knowledge and has taken onsite
training classes as well. Her main focus is to help her
clients begin their vacation before they even leave
home, making the planning as stress free as possible,
and also part of the fun.

Kerri Zorn
Kerri
first visited the Walt Disney World resort on a family
vacation in 1986 and it has been her favorite vacation
destination ever since. Since 1997 she has visited the
Walt Disney World Resort 13 times. She has also sailed
on the Disney Wonder. Kerri has enjoyed bringing her
own children to WDW. She has navigated the Disney parks
with infants, toddlers and now school-age kids. She
believes that a child is never too young or old to
experience the magic of Disney. She would love to help
other families like hers make their vacation dreams a
reality. Kerri recently became an Authorized Disney
Vacation Planner and Graduate of the College of Disney
Knowledge. She also recently toured all of the Disney
Resorts and can help families select the perfect resort

Denise Hafto’s travel agent experience started in
a local travel agency where she learned about the
travel industry from the ground up. But,
her love of Disney started well before she started in
the travel industry. Wanting to bring the
two together she created Magical Travel. She knew
going to a Disney Destination was not always the least
expensive vacation a family could take. Magical Travel
became the first online
Disney Travel Agency to
offer Disney Dollars to clients.
It is important to Denise that her clients receive the
